Victorian-inspired house

Old Victorian charm is abundant in the exterior of this two-storey house with attic. A delicately bracketed gazebo attached to the porch forms part of the turret--a trademark of our 'Aspen Series'. The traditional look of wooden balusters and columns is achieved by more durable pre-cast concrete. Wall surfaces are clad in weatherproof sidings.

The inviting front porch provides sheltered entry into a foyer leading to a spacious living room virtually walled with sliding glass doors. The thoughtful design includes a rear lanai and garden, and a swimming pool visible upon entering the house--visually extending the spacious living areas into the outdoors.

Upstairs, the master suite entices with a walk-in closet and a private bath. A built-in workstation was designed around a corner nook in the master bedroom (the upper part of the turret). The huge attic holds a big surprise. Designed to function as the boys' bedroom, this room has a full-size bath, lots of room for extra beds, and lots of storage cabinets.
