Designed with empathy for the cool highland climate and surrounding topography, these traditional farmhouses have verandas everywhere to extend the living space outdoors. Sliding doors leading to verandahs admit the sweeping landscape and the blue sky.

These indigenous-looking houses utilize pre-cast concrete railings and balusters made to look like wood. Brown colored aluminum captures the look of wooden-framed windows. Cement fiberboard planks are used to simulate wood sidings. These modern materials that substitute wood were used to adapt to the country's climatic conditions.

This development has 41 farm lots with an average lot size of 5000 square feet. Each house has three bedrooms plus a loft area that overlooks the living room. A lower lanai provides a walkout to the sloping garden.
