The design of this Mediterranean-style house is a study in space and light, and the
fact that it sits on a large narrow lot straddling two streets provides a residence like no
other.
With a total developed area of 6000 square feet, this residence boasts of an
open plan with an airy informal living area that faces the swimming pool while
sunshine fills the spaces courtesy of a skylight.
The house also features an elevated dining room, a U-type kitchen with a center
island, all with intimate views of the swimming pool. A capacious
master
bedroom with access to the second-level front balcony is joined by a huge
bath with a veranda that overlooks the trellis-decorated pool.
Two graceful stairways encased in turrets leads you to the second level of
the house. The stair on the side of the house near the pool gets you to the
spacious family hall with easy access to all the rooms, while the other
turret-encased stairway deposits you to a wide attic that serves as a
multipurpose area for the family.
The "through and through" location of the house provides double frontages,
one of which houses the carport that can accommodate four vehicles.
